We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or washing

  • Returned in original packaging (when possible)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that have been used.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return the item and place a new order.
